Valuation

Selling a home takes place in a number of steps. To begin with, we start with a valuation. One of our real estate agents will visit you to view the property and explain how we work. We then offer a quote for our services, advise you on the asking price and the sale of the property.

Property presentation

When we get to work for you, we will ensure an optimal presentation of the property. We do everything we can to present the home as attractively as possible by using, among other things, professional home photography, floor plans and creative texts. The marketing of the home mainly takes place online. We place the property on our broad social media network (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), our website and possibly on Funda.

Viewings

An interested party should call our real estate agency to schedule a viewing. This does not only have to be done during office hours, this is also possible, in consultation, in the evenings and weekends. After each viewing we are in touch for an update.

Negotiations

Beautiful! An offer is made on the house. One of our brokers conducts the negotiations. During this process we will of course provide you with advice and provide you with extensive feedback. If both parties agree, we draw up the deed of sale.

Notarial and legal handling

Then only the notarial and legal settlement remains. We check the notarial documents and are present at the valuation, the final inspection and, if possible, also during the transport of the property. This concludes the sale. But even after the sale has been completed, you can always contact us for advice and questions.
