Shortstay hotel

Dop Verhuur is increasingly approached to advise hotels on the possibilities of Short-Stay. In many cases this can offer a solution to achieve a stable occupancy. Depending on various factors, including local regulations, we make a plan of action together. Because hotel operations are often tied to certain seasons, flexibility has become a core value within this concept. Every location is different and requires a specific approach. We even look at the possibilities per location for (international) organizations with the same hotel concept. Incidentally, it is not necessary to rent out the entire hotel via the Dop Verhuur Short-Stay concept. In many cases, we make a selection of rooms in consultation with the hotel in question, creating a very interesting model of regular hotel room rental in combination with the Short-Stay concept.

UNIQUE SHORT STAY CONCEPT

In recent years we have been able to further develop the Dop Rental Short-Stay concept. The match between a suitable tenant and a hotel room for a longer period creates a completely new business model in a period in which every booking is uncertain for many hotels. Occasionally, hotel rooms do not fully match the Short-Stay concept, so an alternative layout is considered, for example. Sometimes a different room layout or the installation of a pantry can provide many more options and considerably increase rentability. In addition to renting out hotel rooms, we have gained experience, in collaboration with the F&B department of the hotel, by realizing various additional income. In a personal consultation with one of our advisors, suitable options can be looked at, also for your hotel. It is always tailor-made and the concept must of course fit in with the hotel, but also with the guests.

Because the regulations change regularly, we maintain continuous contact with the client to keep matters correct and transparent. It is also essential to look at the possibilities for your establishment in close consultation with the municipality.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

In consultation with the hotel, we look at the correct working method whereby Dop Verhuur can also take care of the entire financial administration. The administration is then completely streamlined and taken care of for you. The follow-up calls and processing of outstanding rent payments or the handling of security deposits are also done through our office. Dop Verhuur has a fixed point of contact. For example, there is always 1 permanent contact person, so that you experience a clear and structured line of communication. We reach suitable tenants in consultation with the hotel through various offline and online campaigns via, among other things, various broker networks. By using a targeted background check, the focus is on tight payment processing and limited vacancy. With a good selection you ensure that you receive the right guests in your hotel. For hotels with multiple locations, we draw up a specific action plan for each location. We have noticed that every hotel needs a different marketing strategy to ensure maximum occupancy.
