A contractor has already been selected: Bouwbedrijf C.L. Hof from Grootebroek—a trusted name in Lelystad. The company also guarantees any unsold plots, ensuring the project’s continuity and confirming that CPO De Elzen will indeed be realized.
Although the preliminary design largely follows the established urban plan, there is still room for personal adjustments and customization. You can choose from various home types derived from the approved preliminary design and adapt these to your own living preferences.
